The bags are delivered by lorries on pallets. The pallets are wheeled off the lorry on a trolley which is very heavy and cannot be moved on gravel, grass, uneven surfaces, or on any type of incline. A hard, level freestanding area that is accessible to a lorry will be necessary, for example a concrete or brick driveway.

If you do not have a hardstanding area accessible by lorry, it may be possible to deliver to the kerbside, if safe, and at the driver's discretion, however you must be present at the time of delivery and take responsibility for moving the load
